Certains navigateurs et certaines cartes de crédit considèrent les accents comme des caractères étrangers, ce qui peut empêcher l’enregistrement des informations ou bloquer la finalisation de la transaction. Un signe de ce problème est l’icône au centre de l’écran qui tourne sans jamais compléter l’opération.  

When creating your account and entering your personal information, please avoid putting any accents as some browsers and credit cards see accents as a foreign character and can block the information from being saved or block the transaction from being completed. A sign of this issue is seeing an icon at the center of the screen turning without completion.
