TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Once the artwork has been approved, design or order changes may not be accepted. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, any additions, changes or any other alterations to the order will be accepted at the discretion of LOGICA SPORT.
Samples are available for sizing purposes. Samples are sent with a credit card deposit and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the samples are returned in good condition. Samples not returned during your order time frame will be presumed purchased and the appropriate cost will be billed to you. Samples returned either used or damaged will be billed to you. Samples are not provided for “wear” testing they are provided for fitting only.
The manufacturer’s logo will appear on all custom garments.
Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and need to be addressed to an address where someone is available to receive them – ie: your place of work. We will inform you when orders are being dispatched.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
We have no control over external freight companies or their ability to deliver in a timely manner. Once your order has left our factory/warehouse we can no longer control the delivery date and delays may be experienced. LOGICA SPORT is not responsible for lost damaged or delayed orders.
Unless the product is faulty, as most items are custom made we cannot exchange because they do not fit or are not suitable – so please choose carefully when ordering. When returning items, wrap the package securely and enclose your receipt/order confirmation (this is e-mailed to you), and reason for returning the item/s, all postage costs for returning items will be at your expense. As new manufacturer faulty clothing must be returned within 30 days. Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments.
Outside of this time frame we provide a manufacturer 12 month warranty for faults (faults not deemed to be normal wear and tear usage). Faulty goods that can be repaired will be repaired at the manufacturers cost / if repair is not possible and replacement is deemed appropriate new garments will be ordered as replacement. Refunds will not be given. LOGICA SPORT reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the garment was not used as intended or correct care of the garment was not taken. If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately for review. Once we have received the returned products, exchanges / repairs will be processed within standard production guidelines (this may mean waiting for the next club order production run in some cases)
US-based orders will be shipped using UPS or Fed Ex.
CANADIAN-based orders will be shipped using Purolator or Fed Ex.
Each store manager will decide which carrier is preferred.
The site is enabled to handle both US Dollars and Canadian Dollars. The currency processed for your transaction will depend on the country selected by your Team Manager in setting up the store. All stores with a U.S. Billing and Shipping Address will offer transactions in US Dollars; all stores with a Canadian Billing and Shipping Address will offer transactions in Canadian Dollars.
